“I am more than what appears in
black and white. I feel that my true strengths as a CPA
are best discovered in meeting me. I enjoy the contact I
have with my clients—over the phone or in person.
My clients know that my staff and I have a good grasp of
their situation, their family and their business—not
because we have their file in front of us, but because we
know and care who they are as people.
“When I took over here in
1987, it was a 30-year-old-firm. Most of the clients I was
bringing in were my age, but this gave me clients at all
ends of the spectrum—it gave me exposure to life cycles
and it gave me depth. There’s not much I haven’t
seen.”
“I’m very personable and I
want to know my clients—I want to embrace them and
be their right-hand man and look out for them.”
“I’m a stickler for
detail. I want every tax return that goes out of this office
to be as perfect as possible, and I personally review each
and every one.”
